If like me you have enabled disk quota, but not actually bothered to set any real quota limits on your users then you may want to try this script I have written. It allows you to go through your users add automatically set their quota to an amount more than the space they are currently using. For example, I used it to allow all my users to have 50Mb more space than they are currently using. This will allow them to save plenty more work, but stop them caching lots of music files or downloading their whole photo library from home.

You'll need to download it and then rename to .vbs before running it on your user dat server. Have a look at the script before you run it though as there are a couple of things you need to change.

As always, I give no guarentee that it won't delete your whole AD. Use at your own risk, and just ask if there are any questions.
