Welcome to the CSE Support website

Although a couple of areas of this website are available publicly, you will need to register to gain full access to all of the website areas

Registration is open to all CSE customers and will be checked and authorised manually.

To register email registration@cse-net.co.uk detailing your School name and contact details. The forum account will be created once your details have been confirmed.

Once registered, you will be able to post new questions, share information and generally communicate with both CSE employees and other CSE customers.






All submissions to the Technical Support forum will be checked by Forum moderators. Customers are requested to give full information when describing problems. Solutions that are offered by non CSE employees are not guaranteed by CSE and should be tested or checked before being used in a working environment. CSE provides this support service in addition to telephone technical support as a courtesy. CSE cannot be held responsible for problems caused by following instructions on this forum. If you are unsure, call the support line for assistance.

Don't know if you already know but the new version of Sophos shows up Prism Pack files, and app mgr directory on the server as suspicious. If you go ahead and click next, ok etc it deletes the serversetup and files and can also delete the packages as they have had to be restored.We can probably block this directory from t

We have just completed a major new release of the Network Toolkit products. This is a significant milestone as not only are there many new features in the software it also provides the ability for customers to download the release and install it themselves.

As you are probably aware, making calls to another Skype phone is free and the costs of USB phones is pretty low. I bought a couple of US Robotics USB Skype phones from my local Dixon's for £13 each.
